Named after one of the pioneering farming families, Martins Road has now become an integral part of the Curtis family vineyard and winemaking enterprise.

Sourced from selected vineyards, carefully blended and matured for your enjoyment with succulent meat dishes and your favourite cheeses.

The wine has a nose that hints of oak and spice whilst the palate is further complexed with ripe plum flavours and lingering tannins.

Ideal for comsuming now or cellar for up to 3-5 years.

Wine flavours integrate best 15 minutes after opening.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS: 2003 vintage followed a drier than normal winter, cool spring early summer, with bursts of warmer periods pre ripening. The autumn was cool & extended leading to good fruit character development.

FRUIT: Sourced from our premium vineyards in McLaren Vale. Harvested in the early morning to enhance the intense grape flavours and crushed immediately.

WINEMAKING: Controlled temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius fermentation on skins until almost dry, the cap wet and submerged by regular pumping over, drained and gently pressed. Some maturation in French and American Oak to integrate the flavours. Careful blending to achieve optimum style & flavours.

COLOUR: mid red with some purple tinges

NOSE: spicy oak & ripe berry mixed with ripe plum of cabernet

PALATE: medium to full body with interesting flavours of spice, ripe berry & plum leading to a generous lingering tannin finish

POTENTIAL: drink now or cellar for 3-5 years

ALCOHOL: 14.0%

將葡萄汁和固態五分離開。分別存放在的美國 (HOGSHEADS) 和法國的橡木桶中成熟十八個月，等其達到最佳飲
用氣味、口感。

氣息。


口感: 中到飽滿的酒体帶有辛辣，成熟漿果和李子的氣味，
展現出一種特有的感覺，微妙的單寧用以結尾。
