首次尝过千元的红酒竟然是智利的Santa Rita Casa Real 2005，之前已经隆重介绍过这间酒庄。
Santa Rita酒园拥有智利境内最至尊无上的葡萄园，在Maipo，企业拥有1000公顷的土地用来种植葡萄。其他的葡萄产区中，在Casablanca谷的320公顷，Rapel谷的400公顷，Leyda谷的130公顷和Lontuley行程了Santa Rita在智利庞大的红酒版图。
这次品尝到的是来自Santa Rita酒庄下最富盛名的Casa Real真实勋章系列（亦称真实家园），距离智利的Santiago仅20公里，其首席酿酒师Cecilia Torres被评为2007年智利最佳年度酿酒师。Casa Real在西班牙语中意为——皇家，而由Cecilia担任酿酒师的Casa Real系列让我们都感受到了最至高无上的葡萄酒体验。
香气始终是葡萄酒最复杂最有趣的地方，这款2005年的有明显的橡木味，香气浓重且持久，当然，挂杯亦非常明显；因为年轻，莓类水果的香甜比较明显。
什么样的酒才能称之为一款好酒呢？
著名酿酒师Cecilia曾经说过：
“Balance，一款酒只有在各方面都有了一个平衡，那才能称得上是一款好酒。”
