- Shiraz (Syrah) (穗乐仙）：是古典红酒用葡萄中的王子。属中浓度酒体，在嘉本纳沙威浓与贝露娃之间，具藏酿价值。完全成熟时，如上等贝露娃一样质地柔滑而浓郁。穗了仙是一种晚熟品种，色泽较深，在温暖的土质如花岗岩土壤中生长最佳。但如种植过密，它所具有的桑椹果香和黑胡椒味就会变淡。

- Merlot ( 梅乐）：梅乐也是最受欢迎的红葡萄品种。梅乐 之所以受欢迎是因为它早熟，鲜嫩且多产，可以用来大量酿制美味而柔滑的葡萄酒。也可以广泛用作其它葡萄品种混合成成熟平衡的红酒。梅乐在较凉的地方长势良好。

有胡椒香料，和莓果味道，酒体结构中至厚身, 干型, 口感柔软。
