Viticulture : De-stemming and traditional vinification for the syrah with a regular

punching of the cap.Maceration carbonic for the carignan.The wines are blended

then aged in oak barrels of which 20% are new. Up until February the barrels are

stirred, then left to settle from then on wards.

酿造方式 : 去梗，传统发酵，西拉长时间压帽发酵，佳利酿二氧化碳浸渍发酵，橡木桶陈酿（其中 20% 为新橡木桶）直到来年二月，然后长期储藏。

Taste notes :Very deep black cherry colour,powerful and complex nose.The first mouth Is frank.A very full bodied wine that expresses a good balance between the wood and fruit.This wineis both powerful and complex.
